Refund policy
We pride ourselves on great customer service and want all customers to be happy with their purchases.
RETURNS POLICY - Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. We are happy to offer a store credit or exchange if you return products back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in brand new condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt if your details were not recorded on our system. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE - Some products like (hats, socks and underwear for example) can not be returned for health, hygiene and safety reasons.
FAULTY ITEMS - can be returned within 30 days of purchase. A full refund or credit will be offered if our store Manager agrees it is a manufacturers fault. If staff are unsure your item will be returned to the manufacturer for review before anything is issued. Â

Please let us know the name of the product you would like to return, your first and last name that the order was placed under and the invoice number. Please also include your preferred method of contact.
Once we have received your email we will get back to you shortly.
Please note that any return shipping and handling charges are not covered by Everything Football and are the responsibility of the customer.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS MANAGEMENT HAS AUTHORISED AN EXCHANGE OF SIZE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE - please contact us at sales@everythingfootball.com.au for authorisation.
